Who we are

• We handle payments and billing for arcade and mobile game titles.

Arcade Processing, LLC is the merchant of record for the games and apps we work with, which is why ARCADE PROCESSING appears on your bank or card statement. We are not a game studio.

Why do I have a charge from you?

Most likely, someone made a purchase or started a subscription in a game or app whose payments we handle. The game has its own name, so our descriptor can look unfamiliar even when the purchase was expected.

To trace it quickly, email team@arcadeprocessing.org with:

• the amount charged
• the date of the charge
• the descriptor exactly as it appears on your statement
• the last four digits of the card

We will identify the purchase and tell you what it paid for. From there we can refund it or cancel the subscription. Our target is 48 hours, and it is usually much sooner.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Email team@arcadeprocessing.org with the same details and ask us to cancel.

We will stop any future charges and confirm by email. If you also want the most recent charge refunded, say so in the same message.
